Recently, our company received a request from a client from Europe to conduct a survey and study of the smartphone market in the city of Dushanbe. Work on this project took us two months, during which we successfully identified the preferences of the residents of Tajikistan regarding the purchase of smartphones. We analyzed retail locations, found out why people choose those locations to shop, looked at their repeat purchase intentions, and found out who recommended a particular phone model or place of purchase to them.
During the survey, we interacted with more than a thousand respondents in five shopping centers, on the streets and in public places. It turned out that more than half of the residents of Dushanbe prefer to purchase smartphones in the TSUM shopping center, which is due to the popularity and reputation of the stores operating in this shopping center.
